Atithya 2019

A Reflection of Hospitality

The most awaited International Intercollegiate Hospitality competition
is back again in its 11th year…

Atithya 2019 Reflection of Hospitality

Keeping with the Quality Policy of the Institute, we, at AISSMS College of Hotel Management &
Catering Technology strive to provide a research oriented atmosphere and keep abreast with the
latest trends in the hospitality industry. Atithya is one such activity that was initiated in the year
2009 to provide learning and improvement in a creative environment.

Atithya was conceptualized with a vision to provide a platform to showcase young talent and
encourage creativity, along with industry stalwarts to judge and provide invaluable insights. It is a
pleasure to see Atithya take shape and grow in the eleventh years of its existence.

We started with inter-collegiate competitions in the first year, escalating to organizing a national
seminar and specialized workshops in the following years. In the last two years, Atithya has
succeeded in spreading its wings nationally.

We look forward to welcoming you.

Atithya 2018 Gala Theme Dinner Memories

As it goes in our industry – work hard, and party harder! We bring to you a fun filled rocking evening themed “Hospitality Reels”. In India, we whet our appetite over food and movies. This deadly combo is hard to beat, and the Awards function will be even more special with this Hollywood mash-up affair. The al-fresco grounds will celebrate not just cinema – but movies, actors and stories woven around hotels. From hotness of Tom Cruise in Cocktail to the unbeaten dignified and soft-hearted Hotel Manager in Pretty Woman, the sweet Jennifer in Maid in Manhattan to the sassy Greta Garbo in Grand Hotel … classic movies Hotel and The Night in the Iguana, to madness created when Dunsten Checks in, from wandering Lost in Translation, rescued in Hotel Rwanda to being found in Hotel Transylvania .. The movies are unending, memorable and cherishable. This magical experience of movie world will be revisited with food, décor and ambience to match.
